Facility Engineer/Plumber

Position Summary: Join our team as a dedicated Facility Engineer/Plumber to oversee service calls for our stores. RESPONSIBILITIES • Replace filters on company-owned equipment as needed. • Perform essential repairs on sinks, faucets, toilets, hose connections, drain lines, water lines, water heaters, and more. • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on company-owned equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with the lead to develop and implement a maintenance schedule for assigned stores. • Manage and maintain inventory for truck stock effectively. • Ensure the sanitation of work areas in accordance with established standards. • Communicate effectively and amicably with team members, including associates and supervisors. • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience in the maintenance field or appropriate educational training. • Must possess the necessary plumbing licenses. • Ability to travel independently as required. • Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and overnight shifts. • Proficient in data entry and management. • Ability to positively promote and implement company initiatives and improvements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Able to make quick, informed decisions in various situations. • Skilled at handling stressful situations calmly and positively. • Team player who contributes to a positive team morale. • Willingness to relocate as necessary. • Knowledge of company operations and procedures is a plus. • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the capacity to learn new software skills. • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines efficiently. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Professional demeanor, dependability, a positive attitude, and good judgment are essential for gaining support from others. Salary: $34.90 - $48.85 per hour
