Commercial Plumber Phoenix, AZ $26.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE) Full-Time Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Commercial Plumber to work on new construction and service projects across the Phoenix area. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings • Perform underground and above-ground rough-ins • Install piping systems (PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, etc.) • Install fixtures, valves, pumps, and water heaters • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently • Ensure all work complies with Arizona plumbing codes and safety standards • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Requirements • 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems • Ability to read blueprints and schematics • Experience with underground and top-out phases • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications • Arizona Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent experience) • Experience with large commercial projects (schools, hospitals, retail, etc.) • Experience in new construction and tenant improvements Pay & Benefits • $26–$40/hour depending on experience • Overtime available • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
