FULL-TIME LICENSED PLUMBER – MULTI-RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO (GTA & SOUTHWEST ONTARIO) We are a privately owned, family-run real estate company operating a large portfolio of multi-residential properties across Ontario (London, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, GTA, Oshawa, and Lindsay). With over 1,500 units under management, we are seeking a licensed plumber to join our in-house team and support our growing operations. This is a steady, full-time role focused on service, maintenance, and capital repairs across a well-established portfolio — not new construction or sales-driven work. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Diagnose and complete plumbing service calls across multiple residential buildings • Address leaks, backups, stack issues, fixture replacements, and general repairs • Assist with larger projects (stack replacements, unit renovations, system upgrades) • Coordinate with site staff, property managers, and external contractors when needed • Respond to urgent service calls and troubleshoot issues efficiently • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism in occupied units WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Licensed plumber (306A – Ontario) • Strong troubleshooting and service experience (multi-residential preferred) • Ability to work independently across multiple sites • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license • Professional, reliable, and respectful in tenant-facing situations • Experience with older buildings and retrofit work is a strong asset WHAT WE OFFER • Vehicle reimbursement + gas card • Steady, year-round work across a stable portfolio • No sales pressure – focus on quality work, not upselling • Opportunity to take ownership of plumbing operations across multiple properties • Supportive, long-term ownership group (not a corporate environment) WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT • You’re not jumping between random jobs — you’ll work within a controlled portfolio • You’ll build familiarity with buildings and systems, making your job more efficient • You’ll be part of a team that values long-term quality over quick fixes LOCATION Work across properties in: Toronto, Hamilton, Oshawa, Peterborough Lindsay, Kitchener-Waterloo, and London (Travel required ) TO APPLY Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
