Industrial Welder/Fabricator

In addition to brick production, Bilco distributes natural stone products and masonry supplies and operates its own specialty trucking division, Masonry. • *Description:** This is a hands-on position and that will require you to perform welding and fabricating of mechanical parts as well has getting hands on training of various CNC machinery. Duties include • Welding parts using stick, mig, tig, arch, plasma. • Must be able to read and write. • Weld parts using prints/drawings. • Managing records, recording work performed and parts used. • Know how use Hot works program. • ***Must be trainable to use a manual/Cnc mill.*** • ***Must be trainable to use a manual lathe.*** • *Requirements**: • High school degree • Must have reliable transportation. • Must be at least 25 years old. • Experience and confidence in fabrication and welding around plant equipment. • Must know Lockout/Tagout and pass written/visual exam. • ***MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.*** • Physical, drug screen, and hearing tests required for employment (within 30 days) • Bilingual (a plus) • Must be able to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed. • *Benefits**: • Excellent healthcare coverage after 3 months’ employment • Paid holidays • Paid vacation · Bilco also offers a Simple IRA retirement plan with company match of 3%. • *Salary**: • $20-$25 hourly compensation with proven experience • Overtime paid past 40 hours.
