Lead Plumber

Overview A growing residential plumbing company in the Tempe area is seeking a Lead Plumber to oversee service and installation work across residential projects. This role is responsible for leading field operations, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Lead and perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work • Diagnose plumbing issues including water, sewer, and gas systems • Manage daily job schedules and coordinate with dispatch • Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards • Provide accurate estimates and communicate solutions to homeowners • Maintain proper documentation for jobs, materials, and time tracking • Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism Qualifications • 5+ years of residential plumbing experience • Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and installation • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams • Strong communication and customer-facing skills Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses • Company vehicle and fuel card • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • 401(k) with company match • Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities
