About the Role This is a full-time, on-site Journeyman Plumber position based in Celina / Prosper, TX. You will work primarily from a company-provided take-home van, allowing you to start and end your day from home rather than reporting to the shop daily. The role combines hands-on plumbing service, installations, repairs, and maintenance with whole-home plumbing inspections and water quality assessments. You will educate customers on water issues and recommend appropriate solutions such as filtration systems, softeners, and reverse osmosis. This position requires the ability to work efficiently at a fast pace, often independently in the field, while maintaining a clean, professional appearance for direct client interactions. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, valves, and fittings using hand and power tools. Perform thorough whole-house plumbing inspections and water quality testing to diagnose issues and recommend tailored solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems efficiently to minimize client disruption. Educate customers on plumbing and water quality challenges and present customized treatment options. Provide accurate on-the-spot estimates and quotes based on solid knowledge of pricing for labor, materials, and systems. Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Deliver outstanding customer service: explain issues clearly, address concerns, and confirm satisfaction. Maintain detailed job records via our mobile app. Collaborate with HVAC team members on combined projects when needed. Required Qualifications 3+ years of proven plumbing experience (residential/commercial service preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company-provided take-home van and fuel card provided). Texas Journeyman Plumber license Required. Proven ability to work at a fast pace in a high-volume service environment while maintaining quality and safety. Strong ability to work independently and autonomously in the field with minimal supervision. Professional appearance and demeanor (clean, well-groomed, and presentable for client-facing work). Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency with hand/power tools, blueprint/schematic reading, and diagnostic equipment. Solid knowledge of plumbing pricing structures for fast, accurate on-site estimating. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Physical capability to handle job demands (lifting, working in confined spaces, etc.). Preferred: Experience with water testing or treatment products (training provided).
