Plumber – Red Seal / 306A Licensed Plumber | Level 4 or 5 Apprentices Location: Sudbury, ONT Job Overview: Plumber – Red Seal / 306A Licensed Plumber | Level 4 or 5 Apprentices We are currently hiring experienced and customer-focused Red Seal / 306A Licensed Plumbers for residential service and installation work. Open to fully licensed plumbers as well as Level 4–5 Apprentices with strong residential experience. Responsibilities Red Seal 306A Licensed Plumber • Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions • Work on water supply, drainage, piping, fixtures, pumps, and water heaters • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes • Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls • Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code • Provide professional customer service and explain repair options to homeowners • Complete service documentation accurately Qualifications: Red Seal / 306A Licensed Plumber • Valid 306A Plumbing License (Ontario) • Red Seal endorsement considered a strong asset • Open to Level 4–5 Apprentices • Residential plumbing/service experience required • Valid G Driver’s License with clean abstract • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work rotating shifts, evenings, and occasional weekends Compensation & Benefits – Red Seal / 306A Licensed Plumber • $38.73/hr starting wage • Increasing to $39.50/hr in June and wage increases every June • 2 weeks vacation pay • Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours • 10% bonus/commission opportunities • Benefits start on Day 1 • Company vehicle provided (take-home vehicle) • Tools and equipment provided • Extended health and retirement benefits • Unionized opportunities available • Ongoing training and career development Schedule: Red Seal / 306A Licensed Plumber | Level 4 or 5 Apprentices • 8-hour rotating shifts • Morning start times between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM • Some evening shifts may run until 9:00 PM • Occasional weekend work required • Schedule changes communicated 1 month in advance Apply Today If you are a licensed plumber or experienced apprentice looking for long-term career growth, consistent work, strong compensation, and a supportive team environment, we encourage you to apply today.
