In this role, your primary focus will be serving our existing direct-to-homeowner customer base and our trusted Partners by flawlessly executing pre-sold work. While closing deals is not your main responsibility, you will have the opportunity to educate homeowners and cross-schedule our other expert trades. You will handle everything from service changes and running circuits to troubleshooting. Your Mission Reporting to the General Manager, you are the face of our craftsmanship in the customer's home. Execute to Standard: Perform installations with absolute precision. Your primary mission is strict code compliance, unwavering safety, and achieving a 100% first-time pass rate on all inspections. Efficiency & Organization: Maintain a meticulously organized vehicle and toolset. Your ability to keep your workspace structured is directly tied to your field efficiency. Review & Prepare: Arrive at pre-sold jobs fully prepared. Review the scope of work thoroughly, ensure all materials are accounted for, and execute the plan seamlessly. Cross-Trade Vision: While in the home, you keep your eyes open. If you see an uninsulated attic, a hot upper floor, or an aging water heater, you educate the homeowner and generate high-paying referral leads for our other divisions (Insulation, Plumbing, Skylights, etc.). Role Performance Metrics Revenue Per Hour (Field Efficiency): Consistently completing pre-sold jobs efficiently and on budget to maximize your field revenue per hour. Inspection Pass Rate & Quality: Achieving a 100% first-time pass rate on municipal inspections and maintaining a near-zero callback rate. We do it right the first time. Tech-Generated Leads: Generating referral revenue by identifying needs outside of electrical and turning them over to our specialized sales teams. Who We Are Looking For We hire on values first. (Note: We are not considering RW candidates for this specific role). Organizational Master: You believe a clean van and organized tools are the foundation of a good day's work. Your attention to detail is second to none. Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, clean installations, and current NEC codes. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using an iPad for dispatching, reviewing job scopes, and taking meticulous job notes. Experience with Service Titan or similar field management software is a major plus.
