Licensed HVAC Technician (Division Launch) Transit & Flow | Columbus, OH Full-Time | High Earnings | Leadership Track About Transit & Flow Transit & Flow is expanding into HVAC. We operate an established plumbing, drain, and sewer business across Columbus with active demand, existing customers, and inbound call volume. The HVAC division is launching now, and we are hiring a licensed HVAC technician to help build it. This is a ground-floor role with real upside. The Opportunity This is not a maintenance-only position. You will: - Run service and installation calls - Help establish HVAC standards and workflows - Influence pricing, process, and execution - Have a clear path into a leadership role as the division scales We are looking for someone who can operate independently and produce. Requirements (Non-Negotiable) - Active HVAC license or ability to legally perform HVAC work in Ohio - 3+ years hands-on HVAC experience - Strong diagnostic and repair capability across systems - Clean driving record - Professional communication with customers What You’ll Do - Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems (residential and light commercial) - Handle emergency and same-day service calls - Present solutions and pricing clearly to customers - Identify additional service opportunities where appropriate - Document jobs accurately in system - Maintain a clean and professional work environment Compensation Performance-driven structure. - Competitive base pay - Commission on completed work (percentage of gross profit) - Upsell incentives - Bonus opportunities tied to production - No artificial cap on earnings Growth Path We are building this division from the ground up.
