Both our builders and maintenance clients are busy and running full steam with projects, our commercial clients are requiring miantenance, and our residential clients are looking for fast reliable service. Here’s why working with us will be the best career move you ever make: • Earn $35 -$45 per hour based on experience • Ford F150 Work Vehicles to be picked up at our shop every morning • Outfitted truck with Milwaukee tools and other tools you require to do your job right • Uniforms provided in the form of t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, jacket, hats and toque • A supportive working environment that promotes growth and will help you to become the best electrician you can be • Weekly 20’s! A 20-minute meeting one on one to help support you and allow for you to provide feedback to us, so that we can continue to grow the business with your best interest in mind • Monthly team meetings or educational sessions to help improve culture and personal growth • Have a Birthday? Take the day off, fully paid by us Here’s what we need from you (example): • Ontario Qualified and Registered Red Seal Electrician • Hold a current up-to-date 309A – Construction and Maintenance Electrician License. • Have a clean full G-class Driver’s license. • Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices. • Honest, trustworthy, responsible, accountable • Attitude is everything • Experience in residential construction, commercial construction and maintenance work would help. • Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch. • Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers. • Strong work ethic and a willingness to take yourself to the next level We at EJR Electric & Fire Ltd. strongly beleive in our values and we apply them everyday to every single job, it is important that these values align with you and the type of electrician you are and want to become.
