Looking for Licensed Plumber We’re looking for a licensed plumber who wants consistent work, clean jobs, and the chance to grow with a company that’s building a lot of new units. Most of our work is new construction, not service calls. If you’re tired of bouncing between small jobs and want steady, organized work — this is that. The Work • 80–90% rough-ins on new builds (triplexes, fourplexes, multi-units) • Layout, install, and complete rough-ins efficiently • Occasional maintenance work for existing units (limited) • Work alongside a tight crew that moves fast and knows what they’re doing What You’ll Like • Consistent pipeline of builds (no slow weeks) • Straightforward jobs — repeatable systems • Minimal service work and headaches • Opportunity to take ownership of plumbing side as we scale • Work stays local What We’re Looking For • Licensed plumber (required) • Can read plans and run jobs independently • Works clean, organized, and efficient • Problem solver — figures it out on site • Reliable — shows up and gets it done Ideal Fit Someone currently: • Doing too much service work • Dealing with disorganized jobs or downtime • Looking for something more stable with long-term upside Bottom Line We’re building a lot and need a licensed guy who can handle the plumbing side properly.
