This isn't just a "parts changer" gig; we need a pro who is equally comfortable diagnosing a residential split system as they are installing or servicing a light commercial rooftop unit. What You’ll Do: • Service & Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. • Expert Installations: Lead full system replacements and new installs with a focus on "clean," professional craftsmanship. • Customer First: Provide professional, honest communication to our local homeowners and business clients. • Maintenance: Perform thorough seasonal tune-ups to keep our clients' systems running at peak efficiency. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: Proven 2-year minimum track record in both HVAC service and installation. • Certification: EPA Universal Certification is required; A2L Refrigerant Safety Certification a plus. • Skills: Strong brazing, electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC knowledge. • Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented, a clean driving record, and a professional attitude.
