Master Plumber - Residential Service - $50-$60/hr (Keller, TX)

Master Plumber Responsibilities: • Perform residential service & repair: diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and small installs in occupied homes. • Act as a senior technical resource for our journeymen: answer plumbing questions, help with tricky diagnoses, and support best practices. • Walk and quote larger / complex projects, including options, and phased solutions for homeowners. • Communicate clearly with customers and present 3 options focused on prevention and convenience for every job. • Use a company tablet and GPS dispatch to document jobs, estimates, and recommendations. • Follow our clean-work standards: shoe covers, floor protection, organized workspace, spotless finish, clear job notes. • Represent Polly Plumbing’s respectful, low-ego, team-first culture on every call. Master Plumber Requirements: • Hold a valid Texas Master Plumber license in good standing. • Have strong residential service & repair experience in occupied homes. • Can diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and design long-term solutions. • Are comfortable advising journeymen, walking big jobs, and helping quote complex projects. • Care about doing it right the first time and leaving every home better than you found it. • Like working with a supportive, low-ego team that’s building something long term. Schedule & Pay: • Core hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Optional extra hours: • Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Saturday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Pay: $50–$60 per hour, depending on experience and performance. • Incentives and commission opportunities based on role and results.
