Entry level HVAC technician

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities • Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers • Support service technicians with troubleshooting using schematics and technical manuals • Conduct basic equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks • Help diagnose issues with refrigeration, plumbing, and ammonia refrigeration systems • Use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for minor repairs • Follow safety protocols during field service operations and property maintenance tasks • Support the team in reading HVAC design plans and schematics to ensure proper system installation and repair Experience • No prior experience required; however, construction or mechanical background is a plus • Basic understanding of HVAC/R systems or related fields such as refrigeration or appliance repair is advantageous • Familiarity with mechanical knowledge, plumbing, or boiler operation is beneficial • Experience with field service work or property maintenance enhances candidacy • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driver experience preferred • Hands-on experience with equipment repair, welding, or mechanic work is a plus • Willingness to learn about ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC design principles Join us to develop your skills in a supportive environment that values growth, safety, and technical excellence.
