Duties • Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools on construction sites and existing facilities • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing projects • Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure leak-free connections • Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and layout planning • Support welding and mechanical tasks related to plumbing systems when necessary • Participate in remodeling, renovation, and maintenance projects to upgrade or replace existing plumbing infrastructure • Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols • Collaborate with team members on construction site activities including carpentry, HVAC integration, and general handyman tasks Skills • Construction site experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair • Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams effectively • Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in HVAC systems and pipe threading tools • Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters) and power tools (drills, saws) • Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work • Experience with welding or metal fabrication is a plus but not required • Knowledge of schematics and mechanical drawings for accurate project execution • Familiarity with construction safety standards and heavy lifting procedures • Valid commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain one is advantageous for field service assignments • Versatile handyman skills including assembly, remodeling, maintenance work, and general troubleshooting Embark on a rewarding career path where your skills make a real impact!
