Licensed Master Plumber

**Residential remodel experience required** Position Overview: As a Master Plumber, you’ll lead and perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential remodeling projects while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in mentoring junior plumbers and working alongside our leadership team to help shape the future of our company. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and perform hands-on plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential remodeling projects. • Create job estimates for remodeling projects, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in responses. • Execute work in accordance with project scope and accurately document all work performed. • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues. • Supervise and mentor apprentice plumbers, providing guidance and support. • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes. • Communicate effectively with clients (primarily remodelers), providing detailed explanations of services performed and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Work closely with the management team to develop efficient workflows, improve services, and contribute to the company’s growth. • Implement and adhere to safety protocols on every job site. Qualifications: • Must be a licensed Master Plumber in Texas with current certifications. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a master plumber, at least 1 of those in residential remodeling. • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. • Proven experience with residential remodeling plumbing projects. • Effective communication skills with remodelers and homeowners. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Comfortable using technology for scheduling, customer communication, and project management. • US citizen with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
