As we expand our fleet, we are looking for dedicated HVAC Installers to join our permanent, full-time crew. The Role: Lead Installer OR Support Installer Whether you are a seasoned veteran looking to run your own truck and job site, or a registered apprentice wanting to put your head down and support a great lead, we have a spot for you. We match you to the role that fits your experience level so you are set up for success from day one. What You’ll Be Doing: • For Lead Installers: You will run the job site, manage the retrofit process from start to finish, and ensure our high-efficiency Lennox systems (like the ML196 and EL296, SLP99) are installed and commissioned to Calgary permit codes. You'll take ownership of the project and mentor your support installer. • For Support Installers: You will partner with our experienced Leads. We won't throw you to the wolves—you'll help with the heavy lifting, running venting, transitioning sheet metal, pulling wire, and setting equipment while learning the "Bing way." • Site Prep & Clean-up: Laying down drop cloths, prepping the workspace, and leaving the homeowner's property cleaner than we found it. • Customer Care: Representing the Bing Refrigeration family with a friendly, professional attitude when interacting with Calgary homeowners. What You Bring to the Table: • You are a Registered HVAC Apprentice or a Certified Journeyman in Alberta. • You have hands-on experience with residential HVAC installations and retrofits. • You have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract. • You are a team player with no ego. You take direction well and take pride in your tools, your truck, and the quality of your work. • For Leads: You have the confidence and technical knowledge to commission systems, handle venting hurdles, and deliver a flawless final product.
