Plumber Maintenance

Qualifications include: • Certificate of Qualification (Plumber) under the Apprenticeship and Tradesman's Qualifications Act. • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in trouble shooting, maintaining and repair of Steam & Hot Water Heating Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Domestic Hot and Cold Water Systems, Toilets and Sink fixtures, Drain Line Systems, Kitchen and various Hospital Equipment as required. • Five (5) years hospital experience preferred. • Ability to read plumbing schematic drawings and upgrades. Must have thorough work knowledge of plumbing principals, pipe specification codes and principals. • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of trade tools and equipment. • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Communicates fluently and effectively in English. • Possesses strong customer service skills, basic mathematical/numerical skills, and can prioritize workload while working with minimum supervision. • Satisfactory attendance record.
