Summary of Job:
We are in search of both entry-level and seasoned HVAC technicians to join our team. This role is essential for delivering top-notch residential HVAC maintenance and service at a master level. You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various HVAC equipment such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, electric motors, heating systems, heat pumps, compressors, furnaces, and humidifiers.
Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in HVAC Installation and Service
• EPA Certification is required
• Able to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Skills and Abilities:
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC equipment operations and basic electronics related to systems
• Familiarity with basic piping practices, including copper, plastic, and carbon steel
• Capability to perform basic soldering and brazing
