Welders - 14/7 & 6/1 - Fort McMurray, AB Journeyperson Welders are needed by SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership for a project in Northern Alberta. This role involves fabricating, repairing, and joining metal components using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced with RMD and Flux Core welding processes. Perks & Benefits • Competitive wages • Comprehensive benefits package • Matching RRSP program • 14/7 & 6/1 rotation schedule What You’ll Need • Valid Journeyperson certification • 4 years of experience with RMD and Flux Core welding • Experience with chrome (P22) and carbon steel materials • Strong understanding of welding procedures and safety practices • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • High attention to detail and workmanship • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test including cannabis • CSTS 2020, CSO, and Fall Protection safety tickets
