Seven Mechanical is a premium professional Plumbing & HVAC construction and service company serving the greater Edmonton area. We are highly experienced in construction and service for commercial and industrial facilities, including shopping centers, warehouse, CRU TI improvements, hospitality, multi-family, medical, educational, and municipal applications.
About the Role:
Seven Mechanical is seeking experienced Foreman to oversee and manage multifamily and commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a journeyman certificate, and the ability to manage both workers and project timelines. This role is vital in coordinating teams, ensuring safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project job costing and resource management
• Supervise and lead a team of Plumbing Installers and apprentices on commercial and multifamily job sites.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
• Oversee daily work schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure all work adheres to local, provincial, and national building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all installations meet required standards.
• Maintain job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.
• Track and report project progress, manage timelines, and submit daily reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a Project Managers, Supervisors and Foreman in the Plumbing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with job scheduling, and quality control.
• Familiarity with local and building codes.
• Valid certifications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other trades.

Pay: $42.00-$45.00 per hour
