HVAC Service Technician

Location: Kaslo Responsibilities • Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage • Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations • Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan) • Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician • EPA 608 Universal Certification required • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law) • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life, HSA, and 401(k) with company match • Paid Time Off: Paid holidays, vacation (after 90 days), parental leave, and birthday pay • Education and Tuition Assistance • Paid Holidays • Paid Vacation after 90 Days • Parental Leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
