Heating Air Conditioning Technician

This role is located in Tucson, AZ, and focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort. Role Description This is a full-time position based in Tucson, AZ. As a HVAC Technician, your daily responsibilities will include [installing], maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will conduct troubleshooting to identify issues, perform preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently, and ensure compliance with EPA and other regulatory standards. The role may also require basic plumbing and electrical work to support HVAC system performance. Qualifications • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues effectively • Experience in basic plumbing and electricity as it pertains to HVAC system functionality • Ability to perform preventive maintenance and ensure the longevity of heating and air conditioning systems • Strong communication and time management skills • Physical ability to carry out on-site tasks, including lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions (especially over 120F Temperatures!) • Certification in HVAC systems or relevant technical training is preferred • Possession of necessary licensing to operate and handle refrigerants as mandated by federal law • Own a Service Truck is preferred
