Job Description
This position requires a qualified welder with ASME certification, experienced in code welding of metals like stainless steel, carbon steel, and titanium. The role involves fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal components using various welding techniques (GTAW, GMAW, FCAW), reading blueprints, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Candidates must pass 3G and 6G tests, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally possess 3+ years of welding experience. The job entails physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, working in different positions, and maintaining equipment. Emphasis is placed on safety, teamwork, adherence to procedures, and contributing to operational goals. An understanding of lean manufacturing principles and effective communication skills are also required. No sponsorship or work authorization assistance is provided.
