Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician based out of our Mississauga office. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, performing maintenance and repair tasks, executing preventive maintenance measures, and ensuring systems operate effectively and safely. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional service to customers and adhering to high standards for safety and environmental compliance. Qualifications • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and addressing HVAC system issues • Experience in Maintenance & Repair, including the ability to conduct Preventive Maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance • Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and communication skills to engage effectively with clients • Knowledge of EPA standards and regulations, and ability to ensure compliance in all HVAC operations • Technical certifications or licenses, such as EPA certification or equivalent, are preferred • Proficiency in diagnosing and solving technical challenges within HVAC systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site environment • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
