Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in residential electric, and excellent project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction management, and industry practices, with proficiency in relevant tools. A North Carolina license holder is preferred.
Duties
· Lead and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
· Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
· Review blueprints, schematics, and system design to ensure compliance with NEC standards and client requirements.
· Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve technical issues promptly.
· Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
· Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents.
· Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Requirements
· Proven experience in electrical or construction management within the electrical sector.
· Extensive knowledge of system design, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and NEC standards.
· Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, coordination, and overall construction management.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
· Construction site experience with a focus on electrical systems installation and troubleshooting.
· Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead teams and coordinate complex projects efficiently.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
