Facilities Engineer/Plumber 2

Position Summary: As a Facilities Engineer/Plumber 2, you will oversee service calls for a designated zone, demonstrating our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities: • Regularly change filters on company-owned equipment as needed. • Perform necessary repairs including sinks, faucets, toilets, hose connections, drain lines, water lines, and water heaters. • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all company-owned equipment. • Collaborate with leads to develop a maintenance schedule for assigned stores. • Manage and control truck stock inventory. • Ensure work areas are maintained in accordance with established sanitation standards. • Communicate and interact effectively with team members and leadership, showing consideration for others. • Perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance or relevant educational training. • Must possess appropriate plumbing licenses. • Ability to travel independently and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts. • Proficient in data entry and computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated ability to promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements positively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to make prompt, intelligent decisions under pressure. • Calmly handle stressful situations and maintain a positive impression on associates and customers. • Must be a reliable team player who contributes positively to team morale. • Willingness to relocate to specified zones as necessary. • Knowledge of company operations and procedures is a plus. • Exhibit professionalism, dependability, a positive attitude, good judgment, and the ability to garner support from others.
