Responsibilities
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues.
• Conduct plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage or water supply connections.
• Utilize welding skills when necessary for repairs or component replacements.
• Work with boilers and other mechanical equipment as part of comprehensive maintenance services.
• Repair appliances and mechanical components associated with HVAC systems.
• Follow safety protocols during all maintenance and repair activities to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and system conditions.
Qualifications
• Valid G2 Gas License
• Valid 313D Refrigeration License
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Mechanical knowledge with experience in boiler systems and appliance repair.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
• Strong understanding of construction principles related to HVAC system installation.
• Mechanic experience preferred; familiarity with various tools and diagnostic equipment essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are highly desirable.

Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour
