What You’ll Do • Perform expert system diagnostics and high-quality repairs on residential HVAC equipment. • Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance. • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and honestly. • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and represent our brand with professionalism. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 2+ years of residential HVAC service (Required). • Technical Skill: Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs with minimal assistance. • Certifications: CFC Universal Certification (Preferred). • Software: Knowledge of Service Titan is a major plus! • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
