HVAC Installer - Lead/Technician

Job Title: HVAC Install Lead/Technician Location: Casa Grande Arizona Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Install Lead/Technician to join our team. We are looking to hire detail-oriented HVAC installers to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. Responsibilities: • Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial sites • Run refrigeration and conduit lines to condensing units • Install spiral, commercial and residential ducts in any environment • Install package units, condensers, coils, furnaces, high efficiency air filters, air scrubbers • Duct fabrication in sheet metal shop environment (will train) • Complete all required paperwork timely, accurately and legibly. • Properly maintain all company equipment and tools including assigned vehicle. • Works directly with homeowners, building owners, and team members while always maintaining a professional, positive, and approachable demeanor • Complying with all service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. Qualifications: • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. • EPA Type II certification required • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits: • Starting salary range $28 – $35 per hour based on experience • Health, dental, and vision insurance. • Paid time off and holidays. • Retirement plan with company match (after 1yr). • Opportunities for career growth and training. • Pre-Employment drug screen required If you’re a dedicated HVAC technician looking for a great opportunity, apply today to join our team!
