Commercial Journeyman Electrician

Overview Our company is seeking skilled Journeyman Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The majority of our work is in an industrial (surface mine) capacity. MSHA training will be provided upon hire. We have current projects in Las Vegas NV, Odessa TX, and upcoming in South Dakota, Georgia, Arizona, and more. Availability and willingness to travel is a MUST. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial, commercial and residential settings. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. • Utilize various tools including voltmeters, ohmmeters, hand tools, power tools, and low/high voltage equipment to complete tasks. • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or hazards. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs. Experience • Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician or similar role in the electrical field. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety standards. • Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems is preferred. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to the trade. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. • Previous experience is required. • Willingness to travel is a plus.
