We are a growing an Electrical personnel placement company actively placing electricians on residential and commercial job sites in the area. We are currently hiring for all three levels — Journeyman, Apprentice, and Helper. Whether you are a seasoned pro or just looking to break into the trade, we have a place for you. Apply for the position that best fits your experience below. Journeyman Electrician We are looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician ready to lead on the job site. You will take ownership of electrical installations and repairs, ensure code compliance, and help guide the crew. Job Duties: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, panels, conduit, and fixtures • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical systems and equipment • Ensure all work meets the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local requirements • Inspect completed work and make corrections before sign-off • Direct and mentor apprentices and helpers on the job site • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades Additional Requirements: • Valid state-issued Journeyman Electrician license required • 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience • Ability to read blueprints and lead a small crew independently • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Apprentice Electrician We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician to work alongside our licensed Journeymen and build their skills on the job. If you are enrolled in or working toward completing an electrician apprenticeship program, we want to hear from you. Job Duties: • Assist Journeyman Electricians with installations, wiring, and repairs • Pull wire, install conduit, mount boxes, and perform hands-on tasks as directed • Learn to read basic electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams • Use and properly care for hand tools and power tools • Complete required apprenticeship program coursework and on-the-job hours • Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols Additional Requirements: • Currently enrolled in or completed a state-approved apprenticeship program preferred • 1–4 years of electrical work experience or trade school training • Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices • OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Electrician Helper No experience? No problem. We are looking for an Electrician Helper who is ready to work hard, learn fast, and build a career in the electrical trade from the ground up. All training will be provided on the job. Job Duties: • Assist electricians by carrying materials, tools, and equipment on the job site • Help with digging trenches, pulling wire, and other physical labor as directed • Stage and organize materials to keep the job running efficiently • Hand tools and supplies to electricians during installations • Keep the work area clean, safe, and free of hazards • Follow all safety instructions and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) • Learn on the job every day and absorb as much as possible from the crew Additional Requirements: • No prior experience required — strong work ethic and a positive attitude are a must • Any prior construction or labor experience is a bonus All Positions — General Requirements The following applies to all three positions: • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day • Comfortable working outdoors and on job sites in varying weather conditions • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious • Able to work well as part of a team and take direction on the job site • Must pass a background check • High school diploma or GED preferred for all positions Schedule • Full-time positions, Monday through Friday • Early morning start times — must be available as early as 5:00 AM • Occasional Saturday availability may be required What We Offer — All Positions • Competitive hourly pay based on experience and position level • Consistent, steady work in the local area • Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced tradespeople • A supportive team and safe working environment • Real opportunity for growth as our company continues to expand • Health benefits and paid time off (details provided upon offer) Ready to get to work?
