What You'll Be Doing
• Service residential homes throughout the Phoenix metro
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
• Identify root causes and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
• Deliver legendary service on every call
• Work alongside and coach Apprentice Electricians
• Take pride in craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Required
• 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer communication
• Desire to grow, lead, and earn at a high level
Schedule

Monday–Friday

Rotating weekends and on-call
