HVAC Install Technician

We’re growing and we’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a supportive, growth-minded team. What You’ll Do As a Residential Installation Technician, you’ll install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems in customers’ homes. You’ll represent our brand in the field, communicating clearly with homeowners, maintaining a professional appearance, and delivering top-notch craftsmanship on every job. You’ll also enjoy working alongside other skilled teammates and have access to company-paid training to help you keep learning and growing your skills. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years residential HVAC install experience • Valid driver’s license and clean, insurable driving record • EPA certification required (NATE certification a plus!) Experience with: • Furnace and A/C installation (2-stage and communicating systems) • Heat Pumps and Ductless (mini split) systems • Brazing copper, gas lines, and Pro Press connections • Ductwork, humidifiers, and IAQ systems • General electrical and sheet metal work • Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted (100lbs assisted) • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and Colorado’s seasonal elements • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Bonus Points If You… • Are NATE Certified or bilingual • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Love learning, teaching others, and growing in your trade • Take pride in maintaining a clean, professional work vehicle Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance About The Weather Changers Heating & Air Conditioning Founded in 2009 by Chris and Samantha Houchin, The Weather Changers Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned and operated company built on integrity, craftsmanship, and care for both our customers and our team.
